The financing round saw participation from existing backers Duquesne Family Office and Bristol Myers Squibb, alongside new investors including Eli Lilly and Company, Catalio Capital Management, and Wasatch Group. These funds are slated to accelerate the ATLAS study, which evaluates the lead candidate [Ac-225]RTX-2358 for advanced sarcomas, and to propel a next-generation radioligand therapy into clinical testing.

Beyond current trials, Ratio plans to diversify its oncology pipeline into high-value targets while scaling its manufacturing capacity to meet future demand. CEO Dr. Jack Hoppin stated the capital provides the necessary runway for the company’s fifth IND filing. Sue Meng of Duquesne Family Office noted that the investment underscores the company’s ability to bridge advanced scientific research with the logistical execution required for radiopharmaceutical development.
