With 2,712 BTC now under its control, The Smarter Web Company has reclaimed its momentum in the corporate treasury rankings. The latest purchase elevates the company to 28th place in the global Bitcoin 100 rankings. This move follows a period of treasury adjustment in July, when the firm sold 177.89 BTC to retire its $11.7 million Smarter Convert financing instrument ahead of schedule. At that time, management clarified that the divestment was a tactical move to eliminate the convertible structure, rather than a departure from its long-term objectives.

Chief Executive Andrew Webley has maintained that the "10 Year Plan" remains the primary directive for the firm’s capital allocation. By resuming purchases immediately following the debt repayment, the company signalizes that its institutional treasury policy remains focused on aggressive growth. As the largest publicly traded corporate holder of the asset in the United Kingdom, the firm continues to leverage its custody partnerships with Coinbase to secure its expanding reserve.
