GPGI Faces Securities Fraud Allegations Over Husky Acquisition

Shareholders who held GPGI, Inc. stock between November 3, 2025, and May 6, 2026, face a September 15, 2026, deadline to join a class action lawsuit. The litigation centers on claims that the company misled investors regarding the financial health and valuation of its Husky Technologies Limited division.

GPGI Faces Securities Fraud Allegations Over Husky Acquisition

The complaint alleges that GPGI, formerly known as CompoSecure, Inc., issued false and misleading statements to the market during the specified class period. According to the filing, the company materially inflated the value of Husky Technologies Limited while failing to disclose that the division was falling short of its financial targets. Furthermore, the lawsuit contends that the acquisition was structured primarily to benefit insiders and related parties rather than shareholders.

Investors who incurred losses may be eligible for compensation. Schall Brown & Schwartz LLP is currently organizing the class and inviting affected shareholders to serve as lead plaintiffs. While lead plaintiff status involves directing the litigation, it is not a requirement for participating in a potential recovery. Shareholders interested in discussing their legal rights or the details of the case can contact Brian Schall or David Schwartz in Los Angeles at 310-301-3335 or via the firm's website.
