FMG Suite Expands Executive Ranks to Scale Enterprise Growth

The company’s latest hiring spree includes four key appointments tasked with managing the complexity of institutional financial services. Christian Short, formerly of EY-Parthenon, steps in as Senior Vice President of AI Strategy & Operations. His mandate centers on integrating AI into FMG’s product suite to drive tangible productivity gains for clients. Meanwhile, Nathan Worthington joins from ISS STOXX as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, aiming to bolster retention and platform adoption across the firm’s growing enterprise and SMB segments.

To capture further market share among broker-dealers, wirehouses, and asset managers, FMG has added Kevin Jurick and Jeremy Kowalski as Strategic Enterprise Account Executives. Jurick, a veteran of Goldman Sachs and ISS, brings deep institutional experience, while Kowalski arrives from Salesforce, where he managed high-level relationships with major financial institutions. According to CEO Dave Christensen, these hires are essential to moving beyond traditional marketing tools toward a comprehensive ecosystem that balances rapid enterprise expansion with the strict compliance requirements of the wealth management industry.
