Davenport arrives at the Fort Worth-based firm following her tenure as Chief People Officer at Cain Watters & Associates. Her career spans a wide array of industries, including technology, financial services, and nonprofit management, with previous senior roles at Unisys Corporation, Sirius XM, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. AZZ Inc. Appoints Rhonda Davenport as Chief Human Resources Officer
With over two decades of leadership experience across diverse sectors, Rhonda Davenport has been named the new Chief Human Resources Officer at AZZ Inc. Effective August 3, the appointment positions the veteran executive to oversee talent strategy and organizational culture for the North American metal coating provider.
Tom Ferguson, President and CEO of AZZ, noted that Davenport’s background in navigating complex, multi-site organizational structures will be instrumental as the company pursues its current strategic growth initiatives. Davenport, a Texas A&M alumna, holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and will focus on fostering an inclusive, performance-driven environment to support the company’s ongoing expansion.
