For decades, automotive service departments have relied on fragmented communication tools, leaving them without a unified way to track customer interactions. The Service Engagement Hub aims to resolve this by integrating text, chat, video, and reporting into one interface. The system allows service advisors and business development centers to manage declined services, re-engage inactive clients, and track appointments using the same data foundation already utilized by sales departments.

DriveCentric Launches CRM Platform for Dealership Fixed Operations
St. Louis-based DriveCentric has unveiled the Service Engagement Hub, an AI-powered CRM designed specifically for automotive fixed operations departments. By centralizing sales and service data into a single customer record, the platform aims to bridge the long-standing disconnect between dealership sales teams and service center workflows.

Built natively within the existing DriveCentric ecosystem, the platform includes an AI agent that automates outreach and follow-ups. This development addresses a significant industry inefficiency: last year, roughly 19 million of the estimated 53 million inbound service calls to dealerships went unresolved. By providing a consolidated view of each customer's history, the hub seeks to improve retention and maximize technician hours. Early access for existing customers began August 3, with a full market release scheduled for September 1.
