Through its subsidiary Titan Aviation Holdings, Atlas has also purchased the aircraft currently owned by the Air Atlanta group. These assets will remain in service via a lease-back arrangement, ensuring the continued operation of 14 widebody freighters—including Boeing 747 and 777 models—alongside four passenger 777 aircraft. The deal effectively broadens Atlas' footprint in international markets by securing immediate access to additional widebody capacity.

Michael Steen, CEO of Atlas Air, characterized the move as a milestone for both organizations, emphasizing a shared objective of service delivery. Alex Harman, a Director at Atlas and Managing Partner at J.F. Lehman & Company, noted that the partnership aligns with a disciplined growth strategy, combining the complementary capabilities of two established logistics operators.
