Michael Baker International Appoints Kevin R. Collins as Infrastructure President
Kevin R. Collins, a veteran engineer with three decades of industry experience, has joined Michael Baker International to oversee its largest business vertical. Based in Pittsburgh, Collins will manage the firm’s expansive transportation, water, and environmental services while steering its strategy for large-scale infrastructure development.

Before this appointment, Collins spent nearly 13 years at HNTB, serving as Senior Vice President and leading major operations in New York and Washington state. His background also includes a 15-year tenure at HDR, where he managed transit business units and led large-scale rail engineering initiatives. A graduate of Northeastern University, Collins maintains an active role in professional organizations, previously chairing the New York Building Congress Transportation & Infrastructure Committee.
