The integration brings together complementary legal expertise, merging a strong foundation in litigation, intellectual property, and construction law with extensive experience in business law, commercial real estate, and tax credit financing. According to Managing Partner Richard C. Lawrence, the move aims to scale resources while preserving the individualized client relationships both firms cultivated over the past 35 years.

Bruce Arkema noted that the combined bench enables the firm to manage complex civil disputes and sophisticated corporate transactions internally. Driven by succession planning and rising client demand, the firm intends to leverage this broader expertise to serve financial institutions, developers, and private individuals. Clients will experience continuity during the transition, with operations now centralized at 4801 Cox Road. The firm officially launched its updated digital presence and communications infrastructure on August 1, 2026.
