Gross Law Firm Launches Class Action Against PROCEPT BioRobotics

Investors who purchased PROCEPT BioRobotics shares between February 28, 2024, and February 25, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit. The litigation targets alleged misleading disclosures regarding the company's aggressive discount strategies and inflated sales figures that reportedly misled the market for two years.

Gross Law Firm Launches Class Action Against PROCEPT BioRobotics

The complaint filed against the NASDAQ-listed company claims that PROCEPT utilized an extensive discount program to incentivize bulk orders that far exceeded actual procedure demand. This practice allegedly pulled sales forward from future periods to artificially boost reported revenue. By the end of the class period, the lawsuit estimates that customer overstocking resulted in a glut of more than 10,000 excess handpiece units in the field.

These undisclosed practices reportedly left the company unable to meet its 2025 financial and sales guidance, which the suit claims lacked any reasonable factual basis. Shareholders seeking to participate in the recovery efforts or serve as a lead plaintiff must register their information before the September 22, 2026, deadline. Participation in the case carries no direct cost for investors.
