Dolanski brings a deep background in military sustainment and organizational transformation to his new role. During his tenure at The Boeing Company, he served as President of Government Services and President of Global Services & Support, overseeing logistics and lifecycle programs for the U.S. Department of Defense and various allied nations. His career has focused on integrating advanced technology with operational capabilities to enhance mission readiness.

Michael Lundin, the board’s Lead Director, noted that Dolanski’s expertise in adapting to evolving mission requirements aligns with the company’s current expansion strategy. For his part, Dolanski emphasized the firm’s reputation for operating in high-consequence environments and expressed his intent to help steer the organization through its next phase of growth.
