Trading for the GRVT token is set to launch across three spot markets: KRW, BTC, and USDT. To manage initial volatility, Upbit will enforce a five-minute block on buy orders and restrict sell orders priced more than 10% below the previous closing figure. For the first two hours of the session, the exchange will limit activity exclusively to limit orders.

Upbit Adds GRVT Trading Pairs Across Three Major Markets
South Korean crypto exchange Upbit announced on Aug. 5 that it will list the GRVT token against the Korean won, Bitcoin, and Tether. The move aims to increase liquidity for the ZKsync-based platform's native asset, which has already seen a 23% price climb ahead of the scheduled 17:00 KST market opening.

Upbit will support deposits only via the Ethereum network, specifically using the contract address 0xAD29F2723fcdBcF665F210F25E06f97477e417cF. The exchange cautioned that the launch timeline remains subject to delay should initial liquidity levels prove insufficient. While GRVT is already listed on major platforms like OKX, Bitget, and Bithumb, this addition marks a significant expansion of its reach within the South Korean market. Users are reminded that transfers must comply with local travel rule requirements, and deposits originating from unapproved virtual asset service providers may be rejected.
