Edgewell Personal Care returned to organic sales growth in the third quarter of 2026, bolstered by a 3% surge in North American volume. Despite regional successes, the company reported a net income of $12.3 million from continuing operations, down from $21.5 million in the same period last year.

Net sales reached $570.1 million for the quarter ending June 30, a 1.7% increase driven by strength in the company's sun care and grooming portfolios. CEO Rod Little pointed to the performance as a validation of the firm’s "back-half" fiscal strategy, noting that investments in priority brands are beginning to yield tangible results. While North American sales improved, international performance faced headwinds from supply chain adjustments and ongoing geopolitical instability in the Middle East.

Financial margins remain under pressure, with gross margin slipping to 42.5% as core inflation and net tariffs outpaced productivity gains. The company is continuing its restructuring efforts to consolidate wet shave manufacturing, incurring $24.5 million in related costs this quarter. Looking ahead, Edgewell has narrowed its full-year outlook, maintaining the mid-points for adjusted earnings per share and EBITDA. Shareholders will receive a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, payable on October 8, 2026.
