Traditional transportation management systems largely function as digital filing cabinets for document expiration and safety records. ProBuilt’s new platform shifts this focus by linking driver applications, road testing, and employer inquiries into a single operational workflow. Safety teams can now document motor vehicle reports and pre-employment screenings within the same interface used for dispatching and claims management.

ProBuilt Launches AI-Driven Compliance Tool for Trucking Carriers
The Woodlands-based ProBuilt Software Inc. has introduced an AI-powered compliance system designed to manage the full lifecycle of a commercial driver, from initial application to disciplinary action. By integrating Anthropic’s Claude AI, the platform automates the insertion of specific FMCSA regulation codes directly into safety and corrective correspondence.

Key to the system is the automation of disciplinary protocols. When a violation occurs, the AI identifies the relevant federal regulation—such as the 11-hour driving limit under 49 CFR § 395.3(a)(3)—and generates formal warnings or termination letters. Drivers can review and electronically sign these documents via a mobile application. CEO Michael Till noted that the system aims to bridge the gap between initial qualification and ongoing employment compliance, ensuring that carriers maintain regulatory oversight during daily operations.
