UJET Taps Finance Veteran Jason Royer as CFO

UJET has appointed Jason Royer as Chief Financial Officer to anchor the company’s transition into its Agentic Experience Orchestration platform. The move comes as the San Francisco-based firm prepares for the general release of its AI-driven customer experience technology in the second half of 2026.

UJET Taps Finance Veteran Jason Royer as CFO

Royer arrives with a background spanning private equity and public markets, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Corel Corporation. His mandate involves overseeing financial infrastructure and capital management as the firm shifts from legacy contact center models toward a new paradigm where AI and human agents operate as a unified system. CEO Vasili Triant noted that the appointment is intended to balance the company's aggressive growth ambitions with the fiscal discipline required to navigate a new market category.

The leadership team has undergone significant expansion following a $76 million Series D funding round in 2025. Royer’s focus will include modernizing pricing models to align with the performance-based nature of AI tools. Based in Austin, Texas, he will work alongside Triant and CTO Ian Peters-Campbell to execute the company’s product roadmap. This hire serves as a strategic precursor to the AXO launch, signaling a push to scale operations ahead of broader market availability later this year.
