Despite a 14.1% decline in net income compared to the same period in 2025, the firm strengthened its balance sheet by eliminating the outstanding balance on its credit facility.
A significant portion of the company's capital is now directed toward a $100 million expansion at its Ooltewah, Tennessee headquarters. This 200,000-square-foot facility is designed to bolster production of heavy-duty recovery units and support a growing backlog of military contracts, which currently exceed $200 million. Management expects these investments to facilitate higher-volume output beginning in 2027.
