TripleLift has tapped digital advertising veteran Dave Simon to serve as its new Chief Revenue Officer, effective August 10, 2026. TripleLift Names Industry Veteran Dave Simon as Chief Revenue Officer

Simon joins the organization after a transition period where CFO Matthew Novick managed revenue operations on an interim basis. CEO Dave Helmreich highlighted the need for Simon’s specific commercial expertise, noting the company’s current focus on scaling its TL Spark intelligence layer across connected TV and retail media sectors. The new CRO brings over two decades of experience to the role, including high-level positions at Verve, Moloco, and AOL.

In his new capacity, Simon will prioritize deepening customer partnerships and driving publisher yield. His appointment finalizes an executive roster that includes Chief People Officer Abby Hamilton, COO Rob Deichert, and Chief Product and Technology Officer Timothy Jasionowski. The company aims to leverage this leadership structure to unify fragmented advertising workflows and improve performance metrics for its brand and agency clients.
