The platform distinguishes itself from the saturated market of generic wellness applications by emphasizing human-centered coaching. Users gain access to a multidisciplinary team, including certified nutritionists and personal trainers, who provide ongoing support, unlimited messaging, and tailored health assessments. CEO David Legrant stated that the service serves as a proactive evolution of the quality healthcare Medicare has provided for over two decades.

Following its launch in Portugal, Lifefit plans a phased rollout into Brazil and the United States. The company intends to scale globally by partnering with local operators, leveraging Neymar Jr.’s high-profile visibility to anchor its brand identity. The athlete himself noted that the platform aims to democratize the rigorous, habit-based approach to performance typically reserved for elite sports, offering everyday users the same level of professional health monitoring and nutritional oversight.
