The collaboration marks a shift toward enterprise-wide AI adoption for the non-profit health system, which manages facilities including University Medical Center New Orleans and Touro. By embedding automated agent development and real-time performance monitoring into daily operations, the initiative focuses on reducing the administrative burden that often complicates frontline healthcare delivery. Greg Feirn, CEO of LCMC Health, emphasized that the platform will provide the necessary tools to scale AI safely across its regional footprint.

Qualified Health’s software identifies patients overdue for screenings or follow-up services, directly addressing potential gaps in care. According to Ryan Hildebrand, Chief Administrative Officer at LCMC Health, the move is designed to align innovation with the system's long-term sustainability goals. Dr. Justin Norden, CEO of Qualified Health, noted that the platform provides the governance and clinical safeguards required to deploy technology at scale without compromising patient privacy or data integrity.
