MegazoneCloud has been tapped as the inaugural system integration partner in South Korea for Amazon Quick, the intelligent workplace assistant from the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center. The collaboration aims to accelerate enterprise AI agent deployment, enabling companies to automate complex tasks like data analysis and report writing through natural language.
Amazon Quick functions as an intelligent assistant capable of integrating with existing enterprise systems to learn specific operational workflows. By connecting internal data sources, the tool allows businesses to deploy AI agents that execute tasks and provide proactive insights without requiring the development of custom AI models. MegazoneCloud will oversee the entire lifecycle of these implementations, handling consulting, security compliance, and legacy system integration.
To facilitate rapid adoption, the firm offers a "Live in 45" program, which is designed to complete deployment and effectiveness validation within 45 days. This structured approach allows organizations to test AI agent performance within their actual working environments. The partnership underscores MegazoneCloud's technical footprint, supported by a team of 120 professionals holding AWS Certified Generative AI credentials.
Jinsung Kim, unit leader of cloud tech at MegazoneCloud, noted that modern enterprises are shifting their focus from raw technology toward measurable business outcomes. By leveraging this partnership, the company aims to move beyond simple automation to implement agentic AI models that address specific workflow inefficiencies. The initiative is supported by the AWS Partner Innovation Alliance, which combines scientific advisory services with MegazoneCloud’s domain expertise to scale generative AI use cases across the firm’s global customer base.
