Amcor Revenue Surges 57% Following Berry Global Acquisition

The Zurich-based company’s fourth-quarter results highlight the scale of its transformation, with quarterly net sales hitting $6.4 billion. CEO Peter Konieczny noted that the firm outperformed expectations by effectively managing input cost inflation and realizing synergy benefits from the Berry acquisition ahead of the original internal schedule. Performance within non-core business segments also saw substantial improvements.

Looking toward the remainder of the year, Amcor is transitioning its financial reporting calendar to a December 31 year-end. For the six-month 'transition period' ending in December 2026, the company projects an adjusted diluted EPS between $1.80 and $1.90. While the firm remains optimistic about its long-term growth potential as a leader in consumer packaging, management continues to monitor geopolitical tensions and market volatility that could impact future results.
