CTSI-Global Launches Trust Center to Streamline Logistics Security

Memphis-based CTSI-Global has launched a dedicated portal, Trust Center, designed to provide supply chain clients with real-time transparency regarding cybersecurity and data privacy. By centralizing compliance documentation and risk management scores, the company aims to replace traditional manual audit processes with a proactive, self-service digital infrastructure.

The platform offers partners continuous access to company policies, status updates, and industry-benchmarked risk management metrics. Currently holding an A security rating from the third-party platform UpGuard, CTSI-Global leverages this integration to monitor over a billion daily risk signals. According to Jess Hooper, Vice President of Product at UpGuard, the shift allows clients to evaluate actual security evidence rather than relying solely on corporate claims.

Kevin Beall, the company’s Chief Information Security Officer, noted that the system is managed by a specialized Cyber Incident Response Team. This team operates under defined service-level agreements to investigate and address potential threats across IT and engineering departments. Beyond incident tracking, the portal streamlines administrative burdens by allowing prospective clients to exchange security questionnaires through an automated interface, significantly accelerating internal review cycles for shippers.
