The contract includes the construction of the second building on the campus, featuring five specialized data halls alongside extensive site work and underground utility installations. Skanska expects to book the order in the third quarter of 2026, marking a significant addition to its US portfolio.

Work on the 237,000-square-foot facility commences this month. The project timeline spans nearly two years, with a scheduled completion date set for May 2028. This expansion reflects the ongoing surge in infrastructure investment required to support regional cloud capacity and data processing needs.
