Tareen Dermatology Acquires Fargo Center for Dermatology

The Fargo Center for Dermatology, founded by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Rachel Ness, will continue to operate under its current name as a specialized branch of the Tareen network. The transition integrates the local practice into a broader clinical ecosystem, granting patients access to expanded specialty services, including Mohs surgery and advanced cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Mohiba Tareen, founder of the acquiring practice, noted that the move preserves the physician-led model essential to their shared patient-first philosophy. This acquisition follows Tareen’s recent expansion into Grand Forks, further deepening the organization's reach across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. Both parties emphasized that the partnership aims to balance local, personalized care with the increased resources of a larger regional entity.
