Alarum Technologies Faces Class Action Lawsuit After Network Disruptions

Investors who sustained financial losses following a sharp decline in Alarum Technologies, Ltd. stock are being invited to serve as lead plaintiffs in a securities fraud class action. The legal window to join the litigation against the firm closes on October 5, 2026.

Alarum Technologies Faces Class Action Lawsuit After Network Disruptions

The legal action follows a series of disclosures regarding the company's subsidiary, NetNut. On July 2, 2026, a Reuters report revealed that Google, in partnership with the FBI, had disrupted a proxy network used to route malicious traffic, explicitly linking NetNut to these operations. Alarum shares dropped 20.8% to $6.35 per ADS immediately following the announcement.

The situation intensified two days later when Alarum announced a temporary operational pause of certain network services to investigate the incident. This disclosure triggered a second, more severe market reaction, with the company's share price falling an additional 51.49% to close at $3.08 on July 6, 2026. The law firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP is currently organizing the class action to assist shareholders in recovering these losses, though no class has been formally certified to date.
