Westchester Medical Center Health Network Appoints Frances Spreer Albert CFO
Frances Spreer Albert, a veteran executive previously at Albany Med Health System, has been named the new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network. She steps into the role to oversee financial strategy and operational growth for the Hudson Valley’s academic health system.

Before this appointment, Spreer Albert served as CFO and COO at Albany Med Health System, where she managed a $3 billion, four-hospital network. Her tenure there was marked by significant financial restructuring, including a $73 million turnaround post-pandemic and the execution of a $400 million public debt transaction. Her earlier career includes 12 years at KPMG, where she focused on healthcare consulting and financial transitions. She holds a degree from the University at Albany, which honored her with the Stoneman Distinguished Alumni Award in 2025.
