Globant Taps Sarab Narang to Lead AI-Native Services Unit
Sarab Narang, a veteran of ServiceNow and AWS, has been appointed CEO of Glob.AI, the enterprise-focused technology division of Globant. Tasked with scaling the company’s agentic AI model, Narang will report to co-founder Martín Migoya as the firm moves to shift technology consumption away from traditional, hour-based billing.
Narang arrives with over two decades of experience in enterprise software and machine learning. His background includes a tenure as vice president of central product management at ServiceNow, where he focused on agentic AI product scaling. Prior to that, he spent five years at Amazon Web Services, leading global go-to-market strategies for Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock. His early career featured a 12-year stint at KPMG, focusing on large-scale technology engagements. Globant leadership expects Narang to accelerate the expansion of the unit’s partner ecosystem and deepen the integration of its AI-native services for global enterprises.
