0G Private Computer Adds Dollar Payments to Decentralized AI

Users can now access 28 private AI models on 0G Private Computer without managing a crypto wallet, as the platform introduces U.S. dollar payments via Stripe. The service, which reached 15,000 users in four months, has processed over 250 billion tokens and 17 million requests since its April launch.

The integration of fiat payments marks a pivot toward mainstream accessibility for the platform, which previously required users to navigate on-chain transactions and token acquisitions. By allowing email-based sign-ins and card-based funding, 0G Labs aims to lower the barrier for accessing decentralized infrastructure. CEO Michael Heinrich emphasized that privacy-focused computing should function without forcing users to adopt specialized financial tools.

Under the hood, the platform maintains its focus on verifiable execution. Twenty of the 28 available models utilize Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) to process prompts in isolated hardware enclaves, ensuring data remains secure during generation. Users can verify these processes via a real-time public dashboard. The service does not retain user data, opting instead to process prompts in memory before discarding them to prevent inclusion in model-training sets.

The model lineup has expanded significantly, growing from seven options at launch to 28 today, including the recent addition of MiniMax’s Hailuo 3 for video generation. Developers can integrate these tools through an OpenAI-compatible API, allowing for easier adoption within existing workflows. While the service functions as a consumer-facing dashboard, it remains tethered to 0G’s broader modular blockchain network, which has secured over $360 million in funding from backers including Samsung Next, OKX Ventures, and Hack VC.
