Analog Devices Reports Record Revenue as Demand Surges

Analog Devices posted a record $4.02 billion in revenue for the fiscal third quarter of 2026, marking a 40% year-over-year increase. The semiconductor firm attributed this growth to robust demand across its data center and industrial portfolios, signaling a strong performance as it positions itself for continued expansion.

CEO Vincent Roche highlighted that the company’s focus on manufacturing agility and deep customer collaboration has allowed it to capitalize on broad-based demand. This strategy helped drive operating income to $1.61 billion, a 97% jump compared to the same period last year. On an adjusted basis, the company reported an operating margin of 50%, reflecting disciplined execution throughout the quarter.

Financial strength remained a core theme, with trailing twelve-month free cash flow reaching $4.9 billion. The company returned $1.7 billion to shareholders during the quarter through dividends and share repurchases. CFO Richard Puccio noted that this momentum is expected to persist, as the company projects record revenue of $4.3 billion for the fourth quarter of 2026.
