Valor Exterior Partners Expands into Wisconsin with Dick’s Roof Repair
Valor Exterior Partners, backed by Osceola Capital, has acquired the Wisconsin-based contractor Dick’s Roof Repair. This transaction, marking the tenth acquisition for the Cincinnati-based platform since September 2024, extends the company’s service reach into southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, building on a legacy that dates back nearly seven decades.
CEO Jerry Arteaga noted that the move is a natural evolution for the platform’s Great Lakes expansion. Valor, which focuses on various exterior home maintenance services, intends to continue its aggressive buy-and-build approach. Osceola Capital, the Tampa-based private equity firm supporting the platform, typically targets lower middle-market companies with EBITDA between $2 million and $10 million, leveraging these acquisitions to establish a dominant footprint in the residential services sector.
