Royal Jordanian Airlines has tapped Ramco Systems to overhaul its technical operations, choosing the provider’s aviation software suite to manage engineering, maintenance, and supply chain logistics. The partnership marks a strategic push by the Amman-based carrier to digitize its fleet management as it expands its international network and modernizes its aircraft portfolio.

Samer Majali, Vice Chairman and CEO of Royal Jordanian, described the software adoption as a cornerstone of the airline’s broader growth strategy. He noted that the investment is intended to bolster operational performance and safety standards as the carrier continues to scale. Sandesh Bilagi, CEO of Ramco Systems, added that the platform will utilize AI and agentic automation to increase engineering resilience, allowing the airline to manage its fleet of Boeing Dreamliners, Airbus A320neo family, and Embraer aircraft with greater precision.
