PK Companies Merges Inspection Units Into New Unified Brand
By combining the distinct legacies of PK Technology & Inspection and Pro-Surve Technical Services, PK Companies has launched a singular entity: PK Technical & Inspection. The rebranding follows the acquisition of Pro-Surve last March, aiming to consolidate advanced non-destructive examination and integrity management services under one banner.
While the company has adopted a new logo and digital presence at pktechnical.com, the operational side remains unchanged. Project teams, service commitments, and existing points of contact stay in place to ensure continuity for current partners. The firm continues to operate as a key division of PK Companies, the parent organization founded in 1997 that also oversees PK Industrial, PK Safety, and intelliSPEC.
