Toronto-based renewable energy developer PowerBank Corporation announced the appointment of Nicole Rusaw as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 24, 2026. Rusaw, a veteran with over two decades of financial leadership, replaces Sam Sun to steer the company’s capital strategy as it expands its North American infrastructure portfolio.

Prior to this role, Rusaw built a career as a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant.
