Tenera Care and ALIS Expand Workflow Integration for Senior Living

Senior living providers Tenera Care and ALIS have launched the second phase of their strategic partnership, creating a bidirectional digital bridge between resident care plans and real-time service delivery. The integration aims to automate documentation, allowing caregivers to record tasks directly via a mobile application while synchronizing data with clinical platforms.

The enhanced system utilizes Tenera Care’s high-precision location technology, which tracks movement within four inches, to automatically log activities of daily living. By capturing both planned care and spontaneous assistance, the platform ensures that operators maintain an accurate, real-time record of services provided. This transition shifts the focus from manual charting to resident interaction, as staff can now document completed tasks on the move.

Stephen Fitzgerald, CEO of Tenera Care, noted that the technology is designed to eliminate administrative friction, helping staff address evolving resident needs with proactive support. For clinical teams and operators, this means more reliable billing and improved regulatory compliance through automated documentation. John Shafaee, CEO of ALIS, emphasized that the partnership aims to provide a unified view of care delivery across assisted living, memory care, and independent living environments. The companies will showcase the integrated workflow at the ALIS FWD 2026 conference in Chicago on August 25-26.
