Commodore Revives Alien Breed Series for 35th Anniversary Collection
Trapped on a derelict space station with nowhere to hide, players are set to revisit the claustrophobic corridors that defined a generation of Amiga gaming. Commodore is returning to publishing this September, bringing six classic titles from the Alien Breed franchise to modern consoles for the first time.

Commodore partnered with Antstream Arcade to preserve the integrity of these releases. While the collection utilizes Antstream’s expertise in retro game curation, the games function independently and do not require an internet connection to play. Peri Fractic, CEO of Commodore, noted that the project serves as a bridge between the company’s history and its new publishing strategy. By pairing faithful emulation with modern quality-of-life improvements, the collection aims to introduce the legacy of the Commodore Amiga era to a new audience while offering a polished experience for those returning to the series.
