BlueSky Jets Drops Membership Wall for Charter Price Comparisons

For the first time, Palm Beach-based BlueSky Jets is inviting non-members to access its commission-free charter pricing. The initiative, launched August 25, allows travelers to submit flight itineraries for a direct cost comparison against their current brokers, aiming to expose the opaque commission structures typically hidden within private aviation quotes.

Managing Partner David Levy argues that the industry's standard pricing models often obscure the true costs of travel. By opening their proprietary sourcing platform to the public, the firm hopes to provide a baseline for flyers who currently rely on jet cards, fractional ownership, or traditional brokerage services. The company leverages a nationwide network of FAA Part 135 operators, matching specific trip requirements to available aircraft rather than adhering to rigid, pre-set hourly rates.

This shift remains a temporary measure, designed to offer travelers an independent benchmark before they commit to their next flight. While the firm has operated for 15 years, this move marks a significant departure from their standard membership-only model. Interested parties can request quotes via the company website or by calling 877.386.9933, receiving data on various aircraft categories without the prerequisite of a long-term contract.
