Element Fleet Management Shuffles Executive Ranks to Scale Global Mobility
Toronto-based Element Fleet Management has announced a series of leadership changes, appointing new heads for its commercial operations and mobility division. The move aims to consolidate the company’s global automotive fleet management services and accelerate the scaling of its intelligent mobility platform as it enters a new growth phase.

Technological and mobility initiatives will see a significant restructuring on October 1. Oliver Hahn is set to lead Element Mobility, overseeing the integration of autonomous vehicle solutions, Element Pay, and the company's innovation lab. Adam Simkin, the current Chief Information Officer, will expand his remit to become CIO and Head of Autofleet, bridging the gap between the firm’s enterprise technology roadmap and the development of its mobility platform. These shifts coincide with the transition of Kobi Eisenberg, who will step down from his executive duties to serve as an advisor to CEO Laura Dottori-Attanasio through September 2027.
