Purecore Metals Scales Uranium and Copper Strategy Three Months Post-IPO

Since debuting on the Canadian Securities Exchange in May, Purecore Metals has aggressively expanded its portfolio, securing a major uranium option in Saskatchewan and advancing copper exploration in British Columbia while raising C$1.5 million to fuel its dual-commodity strategy aimed at meeting surging global electricity demand.

Purecore’s recent growth is anchored by its entry into the Athabasca Basin through an option agreement with Skyharbour Resources for the 35,029-hectare Yurchison Uranium Property. The company is simultaneously refining exploration targets at its wholly owned Bankier Property, located in British Columbia’s Quesnel Terrane, following initial field work conducted in July. To support these operational goals, the firm has appointed three key technical advisors, including nuclear technology specialist Dr. Ted Rygas and veteran geologist Dr. Dennis LaPoint.

Management is positioning the company to benefit from a bullish outlook for critical minerals. With Bank of America projecting uranium prices to reach US$130 per pound by 2027 and copper hitting record highs this year, Purecore is leveraging its new listings on the Frankfurt and OTCQB markets to broaden its investor base. The company currently holds 15,305,047 shares outstanding, maintaining a lean capital structure as it prepares for a staged exploration program at Yurchison.
