Rackspace Technology Faces Securities Class Action Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Rackspace Technology, Inc. shares between May 7 and July 8, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit against the company. Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP claims the firm misled shareholders regarding the financial impact of shifting resources toward enterprise AI initiatives.

Rackspace Technology Faces Securities Class Action Lawsuit

The complaint alleges that Rackspace prioritized its enterprise AI business at the expense of its profitable Private Cloud segment. This strategic pivot reportedly led to a decline in Private Cloud revenue as clients migrated to hyperscale platforms, a shift the company allegedly failed to disclose accurately. Plaintiffs argue that these omissions rendered public statements materially misleading throughout the class period, ultimately resulting in financial losses for shareholders when market conditions became clear.

Shareholders interested in serving as a lead plaintiff must file by September 28, 2026. Brian Schall and David Schwartz of the Los Angeles-based firm are overseeing the case. While the class has not yet been certified, affected investors retain the option to participate in potential recoveries or remain absent class members. Interested parties can contact the firm at 310-301-3335 or visit their website for legal consultations.
