Victory Home Remodeling has secured a dual milestone in 2026, advancing to the 34th spot on Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 list while climbing to 27th place on Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Medium-Sized Companies, signaling a shift in how the firm balances rapid revenue growth with internal culture development.

Victory Home Remodeling Climbs National Industry and Workplace Rankings

The Holmdel-based company, founded in 2019, surpassed $105 million in annual revenue in 2025 and currently supports a workforce of over 600 employees. This expansion across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions is fueled by a strategy that links operational performance directly to employee satisfaction. CEO Bill Winters noted that the recognitions serve as a validation of the firm's broader objective: providing career stability alongside residential exterior services.

Leadership attributes the upward trajectory to intentional investment in professional development and wellness programs, aiming to attract Millennial and Gen Z talent. Bennett Andelman, Chief Brand & Experience Officer, emphasized that these rankings are the result of deliberate efforts to ensure staff feel challenged and connected. As the company continues its footprint expansion, it maintains a focus on the synergy between market success and workplace environment, further supported by the work of The Victory Foundation.
