Denver-based waste solutions firm Viably has finalized its acquisition of Harp Renewables, a specialist in organic material processing. The transaction, effective July 30, 2026, folds Harp’s global installed equipment base, intellectual property, and manufacturing expertise into Viably’s expanding portfolio as the company pivots from distribution toward comprehensive waste management partnerships.
While the Harp Renewables brand will eventually phase into the Viably master identity, the company emphasized that service continuity remains the immediate priority.
