Roth Staffing Climbs to No. 16 on Fortune’s Best Medium Workplaces List
For the tenth consecutive year, Roth Staffing Companies has secured a position on the Fortune Best Medium Workplaces list. Climbing to the 16th spot this year—up from 24th in 2025—the firm is now recognized among the top tier of U.S. employers with between 100 and 999 staff members.
Adam Roth, CEO of the Orange, California-based firm, credited the recognition to the collective dedication of the company’s workforce. "This recognition is especially meaningful because it is based on feedback from our coworkers, whose dedication and passion bring our company's Purpose, Promise and values to life every day," Roth stated. The company operates over 100 locations across 20 states, managing five specialized divisions ranging from administrative staffing to workforce solutions.
