Warpify Robotics Secures Pre-Series A Funding for Global Expansion

Rather than pushing a fixed catalog of hardware, the company builds productivity infrastructure by analyzing specific workflows, site environments, and economic requirements. This outcome-first approach allows Warpify to configure bespoke combinations of robot platforms, sensors, and enterprise software. Clients can engage the company through direct purchase, leasing, or a Robotics-as-a-Service model, which offloads the complexities of maintenance and service management to Warpify and its local partners.

Founder Rick Zhang emphasized that customers prioritize reliable work completion and clear accountability over standalone machines. By absorbing the technical burden of deployment and lifecycle operations, the firm aims to create repeatable robotic implementations across diverse global markets. The new funding will bolster the development of the company’s operating tools and delivery systems while expanding its partner enablement network. The Zhongguancun Zhongnuo Fund, which led the round, maintains deep ties to one of China’s most prominent technology and innovation ecosystems.
