To secure a cash distribution, affected parties must submit a claim form by October 27, 2026. Those who prefer to retain their right to sue individually must formally opt out by the same October deadline. Individuals who remain in the class but take no action will forfeit any payment while remaining legally bound by the terms of the agreement.
