Counts began her career in 1996 at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where she spent 17 years earning multiple honors, including Variable Operations Specialist of the Year in 2012. Since joining Wise F&I in 2015, she has focused on strengthening dealer relationships and industry partnerships. Amy Counts Named 2026 NAMAD Woman of the Year
The National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers has honored Amy Counts, Regional Vice President of Client Success at Wise F&I, with its 2026 Woman of the Year award. The distinction recognizes her three-decade career in the automotive sector and her sustained advocacy for diversity, inclusion, and minority-owned dealerships.

Her commitment to leadership reaches into higher education and civic life. From 2017 to 2023, Counts served on the Missouri State University Board of Governors, eventually becoming the first woman of color to chair the board in 2022. She currently serves on the boards of Great Southern Bancorp and Great Southern Bank. In St. Louis, she has dedicated 17 years to the board of St. Louis ArtWorks, fostering creative work experience for local youth. Her recent recognition by NAMAD highlights this intersection of industry expertise and community-focused service.
