Moe's Southwest Grill Debuts First Twin Cities Restaurant in Woodbury
The first 50 guests through the doors at 6671 Valley Creek Road on September 4 will receive free burritos for a year, marking the official arrival of Moe's Southwest Grill in the Twin Cities. This Woodbury opening represents the brand's first traditional brick-and-mortar location in the Minnesota market.

Local entrepreneur Satnam Dhillon owns and operates the new site, pivoting to restaurant franchising after a career in global supply chain management. Dhillon, who first encountered the brand as a frequent traveler, plans to expand the regional footprint further with a second location already in development for Apple Valley. Tatiana Lambert, Chief Development Officer at GoTo Foods, noted that the expansion responds to a growing local demand for convenience-focused, hospitality-driven dining options.
