With the opening of its newest neighborhood along the Narcoossee Corridor, Mattamy Homes has officially returned to St. Cloud, Florida. The development, Lakeside at Satilla, introduces 186 single-family homes to the region, targeting growth in a corridor prized for its proximity to Lake Nona and major Orlando transit hubs.
Elizabeth Manchester, President of Mattamy’s Orlando Division, noted that the site is positioned to serve the rapid expansion of Central Florida. Beyond the residential units, the community includes a resort-style swimming pool, pickleball courts, and a dog park, with the central amenity hub slated for completion in 2027. The location offers residents direct access to health care providers like AdventHealth and Nemours Children’s Hospital, along with proximity to the Brightline station and Orlando International Airport.
