The company’s new Skills Advisory unit aims to move beyond simple software implementation by embedding industrial-organizational psychology directly into client workflows. Led by Kasey Harboe Guentert, Ph.D.—a former executive at Airbnb and Meta—this function guides enterprises on defining role-specific competencies and building defensible, evidence-based assessment systems. This move signals a broader industry transition away from traditional resume-based screening toward verifiable performance data.
Simultaneously, the platform has introduced Intelligent Interview Scheduling to bridge the gap between assessment and final hiring decisions. Unlike standard calendar tools, this capability surfaces a candidate’s specific assessment results for interviewers before they meet, ensuring conversations focus on validated skill gaps rather than redundant biographical questions. The system automates logistical tasks like self-booking and calendar synchronization, keeping the hiring workflow centralized.
