Under the new agreement, ESN will oversee maintenance operations for 2M and Gold Disk systems, providing the engineering rigor necessary to keep C5ISR and Hull, Mechanical & Electrical components operational. The scope includes delivering technical data, logistics management, and on-site support aligned with the safety and quality mandates of NUWC Keyport.

This award builds on a three-decade relationship between the contractor and the military branch. Raymond F. Lopez Jr., CEO and Chairman of ESN, noted that the contract reinforces the company’s role in complex defense modernization efforts. Founded in 1995, the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business will leverage its existing cybersecurity and software development infrastructure to meet the Navy’s evolving fleet readiness objectives.
