Sivers Semiconductors Expands Share Capital Following Warrant Exercise

Sivers Semiconductors AB has increased its total share count to 356,740,332, following the conversion of warrants held by Bootstrap Europe IV SCSp. This move adds 1,659,015 new ordinary shares to the Swedish technology company’s capital structure, marking a direct result of previous debt financing agreements.

The issuance of these new shares stems from a board resolution passed on 15 May 2025, which received formal backing from the Extraordinary General Meeting on 9 June 2025. Bootstrap Europe IV SCSp exercised its rights to subscribe for the shares at a price of SEK 4.53 each. This transaction successfully elevates the company's total number of votes and outstanding shares from the previous count of 355,081,317.

Sivers Semiconductors confirmed the completion of this process on 31 August 2026, fulfilling disclosure requirements under the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act. The company, based in Kista, continues to navigate its capital obligations following the exercise announcement initially disclosed on 13 August 2026.
